MICHAEL SANTINI
As a trusted advisor to major corporations, Michael Santini
has completed over $20 billion of financing transactions consisting
of common stock offerings, convertible bond offerings and debt-related
deals. In addition, he has been involved in merger and
acquisition deals with aggregate transaction values of $30 billion. Significant
transactions include advising IBM on the sale of its PC Division
to Lenovo Group of China for $1.75 billion, advising Marriott
on the spin-off of its Contract Catering business to Sodexho
Alliance, SA for $2 billion, advising Danaher on its $700 million
acquisition of Fluke Corp., and advising James River on its $5.8
billion merger with Fort Howard. Santini received his MBA
with honors from UCLA and his B.A. with highest honors from the
University of California, Santa Barbara.
