Marumbok Etta joined the Department of Finance, International Business and Insurance in 1995, after serving as a Financial Analyst for the USAID – Africa Venture Capital Project, and Chief Financial Officer of the Alliance Health Benefit Plan.  She is currently completing her dissertation on “Currency Overvaluation and International Competitiveness of Developing Countries.”  Etta has taught: Finance Principles, Managerial Economics, and Principles of International Business.  She holds an MA in Development Banking from American University, Washington, DC and a BA in Business Administration from the University of the District of Columbia, Washington, DC.
