Dr. Sandip Mukherji joined the Department of Finance, International Business and Insurance in 1992, after serving as Banking Officer at Reserve Bank of India, and Manager at Punjab National Bank.  His primary research areas of interest include:  Investment and Corporate Finance.  He has received several wards and distinctions including: Quality research Award, Global Finance Journal.  Mukherji has completed tow faculty internships at Goldman Sachs and at Bank of New York and one at Coopers and Lybrand.  He has taught Financial Modeling and Financial Modeling and Analysis.  He currently serves as Academic Director of the UBS Simulation, Learning and Research Laboratory at Howard University.  Mukherji, holds a Ph.D., and an MBA. from University of Cincinnati, a M.A. in Comparative Literature from Judavpur University, a BA in Economics from University of Delhi.  He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, which he received from the CFA Institute.
