Instructor Colson Turner joined the Department of Management in 1997 as Verizon Corporation Executive in Residence, after serving as CEO/Board Chairman of Bell Atlantic Credit Corporation, Vice President and Treasurer of Nynex Corporation, and Vice President Customer Relations of New York Telephone.  He has taught:  Management and Organizational Behavior, Management Development & Total Quality Management, Corporate Culture/Ethics, and Business Orientation.  He holds an MBA from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, Boston, MA, and a BA from Hampton University, Washington, DC.
