Dr. Subodh P. Kulkarni joined the School of Business in 1995.   His primary research areas of interest include:  Stakeholder Management, Corporate Governance, Corporate Restructuring, and Knowledge Management.  He has taught:  Strategic Management, Business Policy, Management and Organizational Behavior, and Organization theory.   Kulkarni has received several awards and distinctions including:  Distinguished Faculty Author Awards from the President and Provost of Howard University, Sam Walton Fellow, Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE).  He has also presented papers at several academic and professional meetings including the annual conferences of the Academy of Management, INFORMS, and the Society for Advancement of Management, as well as participated in grants/research programs funded by NASA, Lucent Technologies Foundation, eCollege, Kauffman Foundation, and Howard University.  He holds a PhD and an MS in Management from Clemson University, Clemson, SC, and an MS and a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Mumbai, India.
